The challenge
The Riyadh Metro represented a major national infrastructure programme operating within a complex and high-profile urban environment. The scale of the network and requirement for coordinated multi-agency response created a need for structured incident escalation, crisis coordination, and continuity planning.

Delivered a structured major incident management and resilience support programme for senior Ministry of Interior personnel responsible for metro-related oversight and coordination activities.
