Managing a broad and dynamic risk profile, including day-to-day operations, events, and adventurous activities, while ensuring a safe and controlled environment for students, staff, and visitors.
What we delivered
Developed the overall risk management strategy, business continuity framework, and an adventurous activities risk framework tailored to the school environment. Implemented a Security Operations Management System, supported physical protection measures, and managed contractor compliance and assurance activity.
