The challenge
Managing security risk at scale across a complex, high-volume construction site, while preparing for transition into a controlled operational environment. This included maintaining legislative, regulatory, and operational compliance during an intensive delivery phase, including the COVID period.
What we delivered
Provided security risk management oversight during construction, focused on stabilising operations and strengthening transition readiness. Delivered legislative, regulatory, and operational compliance assurance, conducted approximately 12,000 site inspections, and supported the daily management of over 36,000 contractors. Worked directly with the security provider to improve delivery standards and consistency.
Outcome / impact
Stabilised security delivery across a high-activity construction environment and improved provider performance from approximately 48% to 85% consistency. Strengthened compliance, increased operational control, and supported a structured transition towards an operational city environment.
